TO CATCH A DREAM
A few stolen moments,
The fantasy of a fools imagination.
We exist separately,
You belong to another,
While I drift on a cloud of solitude.
Our two planes crossed...
If only briefly,
Creating memories, but no more.
The time has come
For moments to dissolve.
Fate has set us together,
Reality pulls us apart.
A dream cannot be caught...
Only remembered.
One must never live in dreams,
No matter how intriguing.
They always end with the coming day...
And now, it is dawn.
